Driving Licence Requirement: Obtaining a driving licence is no longer contingent upon visiting the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and standing in lengthy lines. The Central Government has significantly streamlined the requirements for obtaining a driver's licence.

No longer is a driving test necessary. These regulations have been made public by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and are currently in effect. This is an issue.

You will no longer need to wait for the exam at the RTO in order to obtain a driving licence, according to information provided by the Ministry of Driving School and Training. You can now apply for a licence at any reputable driving school. The school will award applicants with a certificate if they successfully complete the necessary tests. The applicant's driving licence will be issued based on this certificate.

Driving instructors should remember that

For training facilities for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and light motor vehicles, a minimum of one area of land should be available, whereas centres for medium and heavy passenger cargo vehicles or trailers will need two acres of land.

Trainers must possess a minimum of a 12th-class graduation, five years of driving experience, and a solid grasp of traffic regulations. The light motor vehicle course can be completed in a maximum of 4 weeks and 29 hours.

People must master fundamental roads, rural roads, highways, city roads, parking, reversing, and driving up and down hills, among other skills, during the course of 21 hours. In addition, it will cover themes like what should be remembered while driving and other traffic-related information, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid, and the usage of gas and diesel while driving in 8 hours.
