In the Dhurva HEC region, a 656-acre smart city is being built. For the land, the government paid HEC 721 crores. 800 crores are being spent on the development of a smart city. In the smart city, 15,000 residential apartments will be constructed. These will house more than 70.000 people. Along all of the roadways in the smart city, bicycle lanes and pedestrian walkways have been given the highest priority.


Ranchi. The Ranchi Smart City Complex has begun the plot sale process. The registration period for the 179.35 acre auction of 36 pieces of property will run from September 2 to October 3. 




The e-auction for the auction will take place in October. In the Ranchi Smart City Corporation's auction, a maximum of 14 plots are for commercial usage.


Their reserve price per acre is Rs. 13.24 crore. The reserve price for the 12 mixed-use plots is 10.14 crores. In the educational and institutional sector, there are 8 plots with a reserve price of 2.07 crores.


Plans to open the Law and Fashion Institute will also be accessible

There will be eight plots made accessible for the institutional and educational sector. Plots will also be made available for the Institute of Arts and Crafts, Institute of Law, Institute of Fashion, Institute of Economics, and Institute of Hotel Management in addition to the technical college. For the opening of the mall, a 6.59-acre parcel of land is offered at a commercial cost.

A project to construct a hospital and two five-star hotels is included in this. In this location, more infrastructure including roads, street lights, mobile towers, and parks will be built. To reduce the amount of walking required, there will be a local bus stop every 400 metres. Each plot's infrastructure access will be provided through an underground conduit. In the entire city, there won't be a single overhead cable. Here, water and power are available around-the-clock.
