 Land Scam: On August 14, when CM Hemant Soren called the ED and they were questioning Vishnu Aggarwal and Prem Prakash together


Vishnu Agarwal and Prem Prakash are being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate on a regular basis about the land fraud case. Hemant Soren, the chief minister of Jharkhand, has also received the items from ED. On August 14, the ED contacted CM Hemant to question him about this. Ranchi: In the Ranchi-related land fraud case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is now questioning businessmen Vishnu Agarwal and Prem Prakash jointly. Today, both are being held on ED remand. The ED could also contact Puneet Bhargava, who was engaged in the acquisition and sale of a parcel of land of one acre on Ranchi's Cheshire Home Road.


Prem Prakash has been incarcerated for one year

The subject land had been registered in Vishnu Agarwal and Anushree Agarwal's names by Puneet. In this fraud, 14 persons have so far been detained, including Chhavi Ranjan, the former deputy commissioner of Ranchi. Prem Prakash, on the other hand, has been imprisoned for the last year in the Rs

Will CM be there on August 14th?

Here, it is nearly difficult for Chief Minister Hemant Soren to drop by the ED's headquarters on August 14. The ED has called him in to be questioned about the land fraud.


According to reports, the Chief Minister would be quite busy on August 15th, the very following day. A day before Independence Day, he will also have his message broadcast on Doordarshan.


The Chief Minister's Office may ask the ED for a new date in such a case. However, the Chief Minister's Office has not yet provided the ED with any such information.


Prem Prakash, former Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan, businessmen Amit Agarwal and Vishnu Agarwal, as well as Revenue Sub-Inspector Bhanu Pratap Prasad of Bargain Zone have all been detained by the ED, which is looking into the Ranchi land fraud case under the money laundering statute.


ED is interrogating them. Chief Minister Hemant Soren has also been called up for interrogation by ED in this sequence.

During which the Chief Minister was only summoned for an interview based on certain facts and evidence discovered. However, this is not the first instance in which the ED has summoned CM Hemant.


Earlier, the ED had summoned CM Soren in connection with the $1 billion illicit mining scandal.


Soren appeared before the ED earlier on November 18

On November 18 of last year, CM Soren came before the ED and was questioned for almost 10 hours. Describe how the court has prolonged Vishnu Aggarwal's remand till August 14 at the request of the ED. This indicates that Vishnu would be questioned by the ED over the following two days.


The ED wants to question suspects to learn who is responsible for this scam and how many individuals backed Vishnu Agarwal and Prem Prakash.
