Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner receive $15 million for the sale of their Miami mansion

The couple's main residence was a six-bedroom estate.

According to a Wall Street Journal article, pop sensation Joe Jonas and his wife, actress Sophie Turner, have sold their oceanfront Miami property for $15 million. In 2021, the couple paid $11 million for the home.

The beachfront home in Bay Point, a gated neighbourhood, went on the market in November 2022 for a price of $16.995 million. According to the media source, the couple lived in the six-bedroom mansion as their main residence.

According to David Portman of One Sotheby's International Realty, the purchaser is Fazeel Khan, a real estate investor who divides his time between Miami and New York.

The home fronts a canal that flows into Biscayne Bay for about 100 feet. The residence, which has an internal area of 10,000 square feet, was built about 1980. According to a Journal story, interior designer Sarah Ivory redesigned the home for the famous couple, giving it a tropical vibe with coral-rock walls, wood-beam ceilings, curving glass stairs, and internal water features.

A two-sided travertine fireplace is in the living room, and a two-story library is in the game room. There are two outdoor swimming pools in the home, one for kids and one for adults. The home also boasts a wine room, sauna, and gym.

Carl Gambino of Compass was the agent listing the home. The buyer was represented by David Pullman of One Sotheby's International Realty.
