News from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: A young man's dead body was discovered hanging from a tree outside the ashram of Kanpur Karauli Baba Santosh Bhadauria, who gained notoriety after claims that he assaulted a doctor from Noida. The young man, who was from West Bengal, had travelled to Baba's house for medical attention. Police are looking at the situation as a whole by connecting it to suicide.
Kanpur. Three months ago, a young man killed himself by hanging under a tree outside the Karauli Sarkar Ashram in Bidhanu, Kanpur, which gained attention following the attack on a doctor in Noida. This young man from West Bengal travelled to Karauli to see Dr. Santosh Bhadauria for medical attention. The dead body was sent for a postmortem by the police.
Ajay Chauhan, a 30-year-old auto driver from Panjipada Baluchakka in North Dinajpur, West Bengal, frequently fell ill and sought treatment at Karauli Ashram. It was informed that the meeting with the Karauli government would take place after July 5 because of Gurupurnima. He came to a stop at the ashram itself as a result.
Ajay had left the ashram late on Sunday night after mentioning going for a stroll. He sought after being gone for a while but came up empty-handed. On Monday at around noon, a notice was made stating that the body of a young guy had been discovered close to the ashram.
According to ADCP Ankita Singh, in this situation, the young person was suffering from illness-related mental stress. This is why he killed himself. On the basis of the post-mortem report and Tahrir, action will be taken.
At the same time, the Karauli Ashram is not offering any explanations regarding this entire situation.
