It has been claimed that between 2004 and 2009, while Lalu Yadav was the railway minister, he accepted land instead of hiring people as fill-ins for Group D positions in the railways. These lands were taken by Lalu Yadav on behalf of his kin.




Delhi. Tejashwi Yadav's charge sheet in the Land for Job case will be heard by the Rouse Avenue Court tomorrow. The CBI's charge sheet may be considered by Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court. In this charge sheet, Lalu Yadav and Rabri Devi have already been named as defendants.


On May 18 of last year, the CBI opened a case in this subject. The CBI claims that the individuals were initially hired as fill-ins for Group D positions in the Railways and were later made permanent after their families struck a property transaction. Along with the Lalu family, several individuals and organisations have been named as defendants in the CBI's second charge sheet. The charge sheet names Lalu Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, and his son Tejashwi Yadav as suspects. In addition to this, former CPO Manoj Pandey, PL Bankar, and GM Maheep Kumar of the West Central Railway are also charged.


Along with this, the charge sheet also lists the names of AK Infosystem Private Limited in addition to Dilchand Kumar, Gyanchand Rai, Hazari Rai, Mahesh Singh, Mohammad Dhanif Ansari, Shatrughan Rai, Vishwakarma Rai, Ashok Kumar Yadav, Rambriksh Yadav, and Rajnath Singh.


It has been claimed that during Lalu Yadav's tenure as the minister of railways from 2004 to 2009, he accepted land rather of hiring employees to fill Group D positions. These lands were taken by Lalu Yadav on behalf of his kin. Additionally, it has been claimed that these Patna, Bihar, citizens sold or gave Lalu Yadav's family members and a private business owned by their members their land.
