Candidates for these positions must be at least 20 years old and at most 25 years old. SC/ST will also receive a 5-year age relaxation at the same time. OBC will receive a three-year relaxation. Ages up to 40 can also apply for CISF ASI positions. Candidates from Jammu and Kashmir (Unreserved) would receive a 5-year remission. Up to the age of 35, widows, divorced women, and those who have been legally separated but haven't remarried are eligible to qualify for Group "C" postings.

Application Fee Waiver for Women and SC/ST

Candidates in the General/OBC category must pay a fee of Rs 100 to apply, however SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women applicants are not need to pay anything. The examination will include a written test, a physical performance test, a personality test, and a medical checkup. The written test will consist of two papers, each with 200 questions and 200 possible marks. who will last for two hours. Both exams will have objective multiple-choice questions.
