 Sharad Pawar suffers yet another loss as 7 party legislators ally with the Ajit group in Nagaland


Seven NCP MLAs from Nagaland have declared their intention to join Ajit Pawar's group amid the unrest in Maharashtra. Party representatives told Delhi of this when they arrived, designating Ajit Pawar as their leader.




In Delhi. Sharad Pawar has had a setback in Nagaland as well after Maharashtra. The Ajit Pawar group in this state now has 7 party MLAs on board. Let us inform you that Sharad Pawar's party has separated from the NCP since entering the Maharashtra government. The group led by Ajit Pawar has staked out the party. Currently serving as Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister is Ajit Pawar.


Brajmohan Srivastava, the national spokesperson for the NCP Ajit faction, reported that Nagaland State President Wanthung Odio visited Delhi and met with National Working President Praful Patel, MP and Maharashtra President Sunil Tatkare to discuss the NCP's decision. Additionally, he gave support affidavits to all office holders, including 7 MLAs. In response, Praful Patel gave him the assurance that he would help him in his efforts to make the party stronger. Additionally, Patel has directed Nagaland's state executive and district divisions to carry on with business as usual.

According to NCP spokeswoman Brajmohan Srivastava, the entire state executive of the party as well as the district office holders have resolved to work under the direction of NCP National President Ajit Pawar and National Working President Praful Patel. President Wanthung Odio has been given permission by the Nagaland NCP to tell the national leadership of this choice.
