Ranchi: Opposition parties will take on the BJP in the election race for Mission-2024, India

In relation to Mission-2024, political parties have already begun building the framework. The anti-BJP alliance has begun to take shape on a national level, despite the fact that the leadership has not yet been determined. It will be a difficult job for the BJP to match its performance from the last election in Jharkhand in such a circumstance. This time, the BJP wants to win all 14 seats, but it won't be simple.

Ranchi: The chessboard for the next Lok Sabha elections has already been constructed. The anti-BJP alliance has begun to take shape on a national level, even if the leadership has not yet been chosen. It will be a difficult job for the BJP to match its performance from the last election in Jharkhand in such a circumstance.

The BJP has set a goal of taking all 14 of the state's seats this time around. For the celebration, it won't be simple, though. It is important to note that although the anti-BJP parties may have established an alliance during the previous election in Jharkhand, they were unable to do so at the federal level. The outcome of the election was impacted by this.

In 2024, who will triumph?

Together with the AJSU party, the BJP ran for office and won 12 seats. In addition, the Congress coalition and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha only received two seats. There is a chance that

There is a chance that things will change this time. The emergence of anti-BJP parties on a common platform at the national level is the cause of this. This coalition still has sway in the state, therefore its influence is possible.

The pattern of rising NDA voter participation

If we examine previous election figures, the tendency of voters in favour of the NDA has been more pronounced. It has increased to more than 50%. Out of the 14 seats up for grabs in the 2004 general elections, Congress received six, while JMM candidates took home four. It improved outcomes for the coalition against the BJP. As a result of receiving more than 37% of the vote, this coalition won 13 seats.

In 2009, things turned around, with the BJP winning eight of the 14 seats and the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha winning two and the Congress one. BJP won 12 seats in the 2014 elections, while JMM took home two seats.

The NDA's vote share increased to above 50% after winning 12 seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, while the vote share of the JMM-Congress coalition, which won two seats, stayed around 32%.
