Buldhana bus disaster: A significant revelation regarding the bus driver following the catastrophe in which 25 persons perished from burn

Buldhana Bus Accident: The bus's driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident, which resulted in the burning to death of 25 persons. The bus driver's forensic analysis revealed the shocking revelation that the bus driver had been drunk at the time of the collision. The Regional Forensic Science Laboratory (RFSL) Amravati reported that the driver's blood sample taken on the day of the accident had more alcohol than the permitted limit of 30%.

Mumbai. In the Buldhana bus tragedy, which resulted in the burning to death of 25 passengers, a significant revelation about the driver of the vehicle surfaced. It has been reported that the bus driver was intoxicated at the time of the collision. Significantly, on July 1, an accident occurred on the Samruddhi Motorway involving a bus travelling from Nagpur to Pune. The blood sample report of the bus driver showed that the driver was intoxicated at the time. Alcohol has been detected in his blood. The unexpected discovery that the bus driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident was made in the report from the forensic of the driver of the bus that was involved in the accident in Buldhana.

Sheikh Danish, the driver, had blood alcohol levels over the legal limit of 30% on the day of the accident, according to a study by the District Forensic Science and Technology Laboratory (RFSL) Amravati as In such a scenario, it is thought that the bus accident that occurred at 00:00 on July 1 was caused by the driver's inebriated driving rather than the Samruddhi Highway.

The likelihood that a ruptured tyre contributed to the collision was also looked at in the forensic investigation. The tyre samples and markings were also examined for this. This option has been discounted, though.

The bus accident happened at midnight on June 30 to July 1, which is significant. On July 1, at midday, the forensics team took a sample of the bus driver's blood. Because of this, specialists think that the blood alcohol level should be decreased throughout this period. This indicates that the driver's BAC at the time of the collision was likely far greater than what was stated in the report.

Evidence showed that the driver was dozing off when the accident occurred, which caused the bus to crash into the barrier and catch fire. Under section 304 of the IPC, a charge of culpable murder has been filed against the bus driver. The driver's blood results may be used to condemn him. Because of this, he faces a severe fine and a maximum 10-year jail sentence.
