BJP MLA from Kangpokpi Nemcha Kipgen serves as the state's minister of industries. She is the sole female cabinet member for Manipur. While BJP MLA Vungjagin Valte was hurt on May 4 in an Imphal mob attack. The MLA is receiving treatment in Delhi at the moment.
