According to sources, Budhni Devi, a native of Ghuswari, Patna, was in the final month of pregnancy. She desired to have a child in her community.

The pregnant woman and her husband, Ramraj Chauhan, purchased a regular ticket and boarded the train from Lucknow to Patna. Around five in the morning on Thursday, the train arrived at Zamania station, and the woman immediately began to have labour pains. The Dildar Nagar station thereafter received this information.

The railway administration and staff were fully operational once they had the information. The woman was first taken in an AC buggy. Some female travellers received this information at the same time.

On behalf of the station manager at Dildar Nagar, information was provided to Buxar in the interim. Following then, the railway medical staff was already at the Buxar station.

The medical team transported the woman as soon as the train arrived at Buxar station. Budhni Devi was blessed during this time with twin children. The passengers and the railway administration breathed a sigh of relief following the children's safe delivery.
