Sharad Pawar, the leader of the NCP, raised worry whenever K Chandrasekhar Rao, the president of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and the chief minister of Telangana, arrived on a two-day touring to Maharashtra with a convoy of 600 cars. Tuesday, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao arrived at the Maharashtrian town of Pandharpur with a massive convoy. Sharad Pawar responded that this attempt to'show strength' was concerning.

After handing Bhagirath Bhalke an admission ticket he said, "We realised that our decision was incorrect, but I do not want to talk about it."
