In this time, the UP, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh will see severe rains. A warning for heavy rains has also been issued by the Bureau of Meteor for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Goa.

According to this IMD forecast, Uttar Pradesh would experience the monsoon's greatest impact starting on June 29. Until July 1, the entire state is predicted to see heavy rain. In several areas of the state, light to moderate rain is predicted on July 2 and 3. The Meteorological Department has expressed optimism for Western UP's return to normal rainfall today. This region of the state had light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning over the past 24 hours. For today's heavy rainfall in 7 districts of Uttarakhand, IMD has issued an orange alert. Heavy downpours are expected in Nainital, Champawat, Tehri, Pauri, Dehradun, Bageshwar, and Pithoragarh, according to the weather service.
