Lucknow. In Uttar Pradesh, police conducted another encounter. Here, the police engaged in an encounter and killed the criminal Gufran, who was in possession of a reward worth Rs. 1.25 lakh. 13 cases were brought against Gufran.

Information indicates that at 5 am on Tuesday, police and Gufran had a confrontation in the Kaushambi district's Samda region. Gufran, the antagonist of the encounter, was slain by the STF crew.

At the scene of the incident, a 32 bore pistol, an Apache bike, and a 9 mm carbine were found. According to reports, Gufran was wanted in 7 cases, including murder, robbery, and murder attempt. ADG Prayagraj kept a prize of one lakh rupees on Gufran.

On the other hand, the Sultanpur police had a $25,000 bounty on Gufran. More than 13 significant cases of Gufran have been reported in the Sultanpur and Pratapgarh districts. A jeweller was wounded in April of last year, and a dramatic heist took place in Pratapgarh. Gufran, according to reports, was the young man who started shooting after looting.
