Two international visitors to Jhansi who also took part in the yoga programme were the centre of attention of this programme. Together with the general public, two international women visitors from Belgium and Ukraine practised yoga.


Jhansi and Shashwat Singh. International Yoga Day is being observed across today. A large yoga programme has been organised at the Dhyan Chand Stadium in Jhansi, in addition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi practising yoga with the representatives of 193 nations at the United Nations. 


Several government representatives participated in the yoga programme jointly organised by the District Administration and the Municipal Corporation, including Mayor Bihari Lal Arya and Deputy Commissioner Dr. Adarsh Singh. In this programme, two international visitors who had arrived to Jhansi were the main draw.


Together with the general public, two international women visitors from Belgium and Ukraine practised yoga. He performed every yoga asana with total focus and preparation. His passion for yoga was evident right away. The district government was pleased to see how strongly foreign tourists felt about yoga.


Yoga helps foreign visitors' health


Tanesthesia, a visitor from Ukraine, reported that she had practised yoga for the first time today and was feeling great. He advised practising yoga consistently and sincerely. Do not continue it as a 1-day programme. A Belgian traveller claimed to have been practising yoga for a year. He heard about yoga from one of his buddies. His health began to improve after this. It was a lovely experience today to practise yoga with everyone.
