Delhi NCR Rainfall: For the past three to four days, it has been pouring nonstop in Delhi, the nation's capital. The weather abruptly changed and the sky was clouded up on Thursday morning. After that, it began to pour heavily. Many locations in the Delhi NCR experienced the beginning of heavy rains and thunderstorms. Although the Meteorological Department also provided a forecast this morning, it predicted that Delhi and the NCR would see high winds and rain in the following two hours.


New Delhi: The monsoon season has begun in the majority of the states. For 3.4 days, the national capital of Delhi and its environs have had sporadic rain. Thursday morning saw an abrupt change in the weather, with thick, dark clouds covering the sky across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram. After that, it began to pour heavily. Additionally, there were many locations with strong gusts and severe rain. Additionally, the Meteorological Department has predicted that Delhi-NCR would experience heavy rain and severe winds.


Let us say that the North West, Central, and West of India have received a warning for heavy rainfall over the next three days. Additionally, the Meteorological Service has stated that the monsoon will reach where it has not yet in the next two to three days.  According to a tweet from IMD, Maharashtra may get heavy rain now and on June 30. All the states, including Delhi and UP, are experiencing rain activities.


It is expected to rain in the vicinity of Khatauli, Sakoti Tanda, Hastinapur, Chandpur, Daurala, Meerut, Modinagar, Kithore, Amroha, Garhmukteshwar, Pilkhua, Hapur, Gulouti, Siyana, and Secunderabad (UP) due to light moderate to heavy rainstorms with light to moderate intensity. Over the NCR and surrounding areas (Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Chhapraula, Noida, Dadri, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh), Alwar, Nagar, and Nadbai (Rajasthan), moderate to average rain or drizzle is highly likely during the next two hours. The temperature in Delhi NCR has altered in accordance with the Meteorological Department's forecast, and it has begun to rain severely with high gusts and thunderstorms.


Since last Sunday, there has been sporadic rain in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. A moderate to heavy downpour is possible today in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Madhya Pradesh, East Rajasthan, sections of Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, and Coastal Karnataka, based to the Skymet Weather forecast. Northeast India, eastern Bihar, portions of Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Lakshadweep are all likely to have light to decrease rain with strong to very heavy rains.


The remaining regions of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, South Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Marathwada, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Rajasthan may get light to moderate rains. In addition to this, there is a chance of light rain in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, and Delhi-NCR. In several states, flooding has also occurred as a result of the rain. People in Himachal and Uttarakhand also perished as a result of the rain.
