UP News: As part of the Sadbhavna Gramme Yojana, the district administration would assist the elected Pradhan in serving as a development advisor to the qualified Pradhan and the defeated Pradhan. retired 

Prayagraj. Dr. Ajay Shankar Pandey, a retired IAS officer and former commissioner, launched the "Sadbhavna Gramme Yojana" in Uruva block on Monday. This innovative project aims to involve the candidate who was unsuccessful in winning the prime ministerial election as a partner in the village's development.

Pandey, a native of Prayagraj, claimed that this was the first occasion on which the winners and losers of Pradhan's election had collaborated for the sake of the village.

The chosen Pradhan will be charged with serving as the failed Pradhan and the skilled Pradhan's development advisor under the Sadbhavna Gramme Yojana, with the assistance of the district government. In order to prevent rivalry from becoming a barrier to the growth of the village, he claimed that the goal of this plan is to foster a spirit of mutual collaboration by eradicating the spirit of competitiveness. The administrative level will prioritise the development projects for the villages covered by the Sadbhavna Gramme Yojana.

A meeting with the elected Pradhan will take place in the first phase of the scheme's implementation, while a meeting with the defeated Pradhan would take place in the second phase, according to Ajay Shankar Pandey. A meeting with the elected and defeated Pradhan will be convened in the final phase at the same time as the framework for development is chosen. According to him, this plan will eliminate any resentment felt by the Pradhan election loser, and it will also help to reduce corruption by drawing attention to the shortcomings in the way projects are carried out. Dr. Ajay Shankar Pandey implemented the Sadbhavna Gramme Yojana in Ghaziabad, Jalaun, and other places before this  Lalitpur and Jhansi.
