Shankar Sharma is one such person who appears to have carried over his success in the stock markets into his way of life. The 60-year-old Sharma does not appear his age.


The cause: By making specific decisions and changes to his lifestyle, he has been able to get his age markers down to the mid-40s.


I've been a fitness fanatic and athlete throughout my life. But as I hit my mid-50s, some two years ago, the thought of longevity came to me. The reading of data on diet, lifestyle, supplements, and exercise then began in-depth, according to Sharma.


The seasoned investor claims that compared to when I was in my teens, he can now squat much farther. He now intends to change his age markers to the mid-30s. Sharma anticipates that if his goals are met, he will likely live to be at least 100 years old.


Sharma claims to follow a ketogenic diet. The goal of the ketogenic diet is to encourage your body to burn fat for energy by consuming little to no carbs and replacing them with fat. He consumes keto rice and keto rotis. He also emphasises eating a lot of green salads and drinking green juice, which is a concoction of five to seven different kinds of green vegetables.


Sharma only eats twice a day, with a six-hour break between each meal. "Ideally, skip breakfast and eat between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. for dinner. If you want to replicate your accomplishment, start with a 12-hour fast and work your way up to an 18-hour fast, he advises.


What should you do if hunger strikes in between?


30 minutes before meals, consume Konjac root powder along with Isabgol (psyllium husk). This fibre is essential. will also stop hunger cravings. Isabgol dosage before each meal should be 5–10 grammes, he continues.


Sharma advises consuming as little salt and as little sugar as possible. In addition, he advises eating nuts (Macadamia, Walnut, Hazelnut, and Bengal Gramme), Kimchi, and protein (animal nutrition or whey protein) at lunch and dinner.


Kimchi is a popular side dish from Korea made from fermented and salted vegetables, most often napa cabbage or Korean radish.


Sharma also consumes a number of essential supplements, such as the seeds from pom powder capsules, Berberine capsules, Vitamin D 3 K2 MK7 capsules, and turmeric + ginger + apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach. He also takes ginseng, beetroot powder, brahmi, magnesium, the B complex, and other vitamins.


Exercise Sharma emphasises moving as much as you can throughout the day. This includes cycling, a brisk morning walk, and workouts in the gym that concentrate on one body part each day for a week.


Along with them, Sharma suggests getting eight hours of sleep each night, moving your alcohol of choice from beer to red wine or tequila, and quitting smoking.


It's also imperative to consume 2-3 litres of water each day, half of which should be alkaline water.
