The train will travel the 495.28 km between Chennai and Coimbatore (Kovai) in roughly 6 hours. At Tiruppur, Erode, and Salem, it will stop. The only day the train won't run is Wednesday.
Speed
A test run of the Chennai-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express was conducted by Indian Railways. Please inform passengers that the train arrived at the destination at 11.40 am, 22 minutes early. This distance was travelled by train in 5 hours, 38 minutes.
ticket cost
The Indian Railways has not yet announced the cost of the Vande Bharat Express between Chennai and Coimbatore. However, given the distance between the two, the cost for chair car and executive class will be about Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 3,000, respectively.
Time
The train will leave Coimbatore Railway Station at six in the morning and arrive at Chennai Central at twelve ten. The train will depart Chennai Central Railway Station in the opposite direction at 2.20 and arrive in Coimbatore at 8.30.
Tirupati-Secunderabad Vande Bharat
Between Secunderabad, in Telangana, and Tirupati, in Andhra Pradesh, the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat will operate. At 6 am, it will depart from Secunderabad and arrive in Tirupati at 1:30 pm. Let us inform you that a Secunderabad to Tirupati Vande Bharat Express ticket may cost Rs. 1150. Indian Railways hasn't yet provided any information regarding the fare, though.
