Nominations must be filled out by each participant in the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) and Employees' Provident Fund Scheme (EPF). • Access the Member e-Services Portal www.unifiedportal-mem-epfindia.gov.in.

Use your UAN and password to log in epfo website.

• Use the option to view profiles to upload a passport-size photo.

• Choose E-nomination from the Manage section.

• Type the name, Aadhar number, photo, birthdate, and bank account number of the nominee.

• Choose E-Sign on the following screen to create an OTP using Aadhaar.

• Input the OTP that was obtained on your Aadhaar-linked mobile device.

Your electronic nomination will be submitted.
