Nikki Haley, a Republican running for president, charged the Biden administration on Saturday, claiming that "it resumed military aid to Pakistan and American taxpayers are funding communist China for absurd environmental projects."

The Indian-American candidate promised to cut 1% of the foreign aid going to our adversaries.
