Leopard enters Ghaziabad court premises, 3 injured: Video

 


At least three people were injured when a leopard entered the premises of a court in Ghaziabad on Wednesday afternoon. A cobbler, a lawyer and another person working in the court premises were injured in the leopard attack.

According to a report, the leopard suddenly entered the court premises, causing a stir among the people. Seeing the ruckus, the leopard became aggressive and attacked a cobbler working in the court premises.

The leopard also attacked another person and a lawyer, who were trying to drive away the cat. A video of court circling in the Ghaziabad court premises has been made online.

In the video, the leopard is seen sitting behind some iron roads.

The forest department got alerted and on getting information a team was sent to rescue the leopard. According to the latest reports, the leopard has not been rescued yet.

In November 2022, a leopard entered a housing complex in Kalyan, Maharashtra and injured three people.

The leopard had entered the premises of Shri Ram Anugraha Tower on Chinchpada Road in the morning, prompting panicked residents to call in forest department and police personnel.

Range forest officer Sanjay Channe said, "Three people suffered minor injuries and were given first aid at a local hospital. The leopard has been kept in captivity and we are waiting for a cage to shift it to." told reporters.
