Our ancient ethos guides us to work towards cooperation not only for mutual benefit but a welcome step from a mere transactional point of view to an educative recognition of all humanity as one family."
The Defense Minister emphasized that without any faction or alliance of one group of nations against another, India has consistently worked for the upliftment of all nations, especially the developing ones.
