India offers to enhance defense partnership to friendly countries: Rajnath Singh

New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said India views all countries as equal partners and the country does not believe in imposing external or supra national solutions to its internal problems.

India's biennial aerospace exhibition, as part of the ongoing 'Aero India' event, the Defense Minister hosted the Defense Ministers' Conference, 'SPEED' in Bengaluru on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Singh said, "India's stand for a rules-based international order in which" the basic instinct to be right is replaced by a civilizational concept of fairness, cooperation, respect and equality among all sovereign nations. Is.

He said that in an interconnected and networked world, the rapid transmission of shocks and disturbances makes it impossible to separate one's own country from the issues of other countries.

They stressed regular interactions during summits, conferences and conventions to ensure that concerns of all are appropriately addressed for a common, secure and prosperous future.

The defense minister affirmed India's stand for a rules-based international order in which "the basic instinct of righting power is replaced by civilizational concepts of fairness, cooperation, respect and equality among all sovereign nations".

He stressed that without any faction or alliance of one group of nations against another, India has worked relentlessly for the upliftment of all nations, especially the developing ones.

“India has always been open to new ideas from across the world, the blending and competition of diverse ideas has made us a global think tank. Our ancient ethos guides us to work towards cooperation not only for mutual benefit but a welcome step from a mere transactional point of view to an educative recognition of all humanity as one family."

The Defense Minister emphasized that without any faction or alliance of one group of nations against another, India has consistently worked for the upliftment of all nations, especially the developing ones.

“We offer a partnership that is best suited to national priorities and capabilities. We want to build with you, we want to launch with you, we want to create with you and we want to grow with you. We are symbiotic We want to build a relationship where we can learn from each other, grow together and create a win-win situation for all." Sample.

Rajnath Singh said that there are nations that are richer, militarily or technologically more advanced than others, but that does not entitle them to dictate their solutions to nations in need of support. He added that the top-down approach towards solving problems is not sustainable in the long run and often leads to debt traps, backlash from local populations, conflicts, etc.

They emphasized that the focus should be on providing assistance in terms of building institutions and capacities, so that bottom-up solutions, in line with the ethos of aided nations, emerge systematically.

Raksha Mantri expressed confidence that through Aero India, the Defense Ministers will gain knowledge about the robust defense manufacturing ecosystem being built in India.
