CBSE Board Exams 2021: This significant modification, which was made by CBSE in the middle of the board exams, will be put into effect immediately.

In New Delhi: On Thursday, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that it had decided to discontinue on-site physical evaluation of OMR answer sheets from the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. According to CBSE, this judgement will take effect on December 16th.

The board did not, however, provide any explanation for the abrupt change in rules during the exam. But it's thought that cheating might be to blame for this. In fact, there were numerous complaints of cheating in the school's evaluation process. Additionally, CBSE had voiced its concern about the shutdown of CCTV cameras in the examination centers.

In 15 minutes, the OMR sheet will need to be packed.

Sanyam Bhardwaj, the Controller of Examinations, wrote the following to the connected schools: "On December 16, the evaluation procedure will come to an end at the testing location. Within 15 minutes after the exam's conclusion, each center's superintendent will pack and seal the OMR sheets in the presence of the examiner. The Center Supervisor and Superintendent will sign the sealed package, and they will also note when it was packed.

"Once the OMR is packaged and sealed, it will be sent to the relevant regional office," Bhardwaj added. The dispatch receipt will also be uploaded after the dispatch."

10th and 12th grades are now in session. Class 10 and 12 board exams for the first semester are currently taking place. The students must complete Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) answer sheets for an objective-type question test. Board examinations will continue until December 30.

This was the system up to now.
Let us inform you that up until this point, the school's teachers have physically evaluated the OMR sheet at the testing location. They were then forwarded for a computerised examination after that. However, it has been decided to alter this system at this time.
