Bharat Dynamics Limited has declared an interim dividend of ₹8.15 per share for the financial year 2022-23
Bharat Dynamics shares have been trending upwards for a while as the defense company signed 10 MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with Indian and foreign companies during the recently concluded Aero India 2023. The company has informed the Indian markets about the deal and in its latest exchange. The communications defense company has bagged an export order worth $255 million, subject to Government of India (GoI) approval.
The stock is also trading on ex-dividend today. As per the formation available on BSE website, the board of directors of Bharat Dynamics Limited has approved an interim dividend of ₹8.15 per share for the financial year 2022-23. The company board also fixed February 20, 2023 as the record date for finalizing the shareholders eligible for payment of interim dividend.
Informing about the export order worth $255 million, Bharat Dynamics Ltd said, "As per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (amended) we wish to inform that BDL has been awarded export orders worth USD 255 million Order has been received. This order will be. Executed subject to government approval."
