To consider and Will be held at the Registered Office of the Company on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 to approve: 1. Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2022; 2 .Proposal for sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company having a face value of Rs.10/- each in such manner as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors."
