Godrej Properties Limited, one of India's leading real estate developers, today announced that it has purchased 60 acres of land on an outright basis in the fast-growing micro-market of Oragadam Junction, Chennai.

Spread over ~60 acres, the proposed project is estimated to have a developable potential of around 1.6 million sq. salable area, which mainly comprises of residential plotted development.

The site is strategically located between Grand South Trunk Road (GST Road) and NH-4, just opposite Oragadam Junction (on 6-lane SH-48) Chennai Bypass Road, Chennai Tiruvallur High to other parts of the city provides access to. Road and Red Hills Road.
