Reliance retail arm acquires 51% stake in Lotus Chocolates for ₹74 crore
• It has acquired Lotus Chocolate Company from Prakash P Pai, Anant P Pai and the existing promoters of the company and other members of the promoter group for ₹74 crore.
A subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd on Thursday said it has acquired 51 per cent controlling stake in Lotus Chocolate Company.
FMCG arm, Reliance Consumer Products Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, acquired Lotus Chocolate Company for ₹74 crore from Prakash P Pai, Anant P Pai and the existing promoters of the company and other members of the promoter group Is.
