A fire broke out near Parekh Hospital in Mumbai's Ghatkopar area on Saturday afternoon
A massive fire broke out at Juno's Pizza restaurant located in Vishwas Building in Mumbai's Ghatkopar area on Saturday afternoon. The accident is said to have happened near Parekh Hospital. Eight fire tenders reached the spot to control the fire.
According to new agency ANI, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed that 3 people injured during the incident were brought to Rajawadi Hospital. One of them, identified as Qurshi Dadhia, was declared brought dead.
In a video shared earlier by ANI, huge clouds of smoke are seen rising towards the sky.
ANI also reported that 22 patients from Parekh Hospital were shifted to another hospital citing the seriousness of the incident and difficulty in breathing due to excessive smoke in the air.
