The Russian President talked about colonialism in Africa, India's potential and Russia's 'unique civilization and culture'. Putin said Western empires had plundered Africa during a speech about Russian and global history.

Putin also clarified his stance on the nuclear attack on Ukraine, saying that it is pointless for Russia to attack Ukraine with nuclear weapons.
