Ukraine's Energy Minister: We need to close the skies
Ukraine's energy minister has called for international help to "close the skies" on his country to protect its energy infrastructure from Russian airstrikes.
Russian missiles had damaged infrastructure dramatically, but officials were working round-the-clock on repairs, Herman Halushenko told Stephen Sakur of the BBC Hardtalk program on Monday.
The attacks on nuclear power plants were a matter of "safety and security for the whole world", he told Kyiv, as he called on the international community to help with "air security".
