Elon Musk's Burnt Hair Perfume Is Almost Sold Out, But Not Enough To 'Buy Twitter'

Elon Musk sold 20,000 bottles of a new fragrance called 'Burnt Hair' in a matter of hours.

Elon Musk has already earned over ₹24 crore with the sales of Burnt Hair perfume.

Remember when Elon Musk updated his Twitter bio to read "Perfume Salesman"? The richest man in the world sold 20,000 bottles of "Burn Hair" perfume in a matter of hours. Now, he has informed his Twitter followers that 28,700 bottles of the "perfect" perfume have already been sold. Since each bottle costs ₹8,400, Musk has earned over ₹24 crore with the sale of the perfume.

Musk wrote on Twitter, "There are only 1,300 left of this unique, limited edition, collector's item, and some people are wondering why they didn't make more bottles. Musk previously requested his followers to buy his perfume So that he can save enough money. Buy Twitter. Although this comment sounds like a joke, people are now referring to the comment that they need to sell more bottles to buy Twitter.

“I would have thought the stock would have more… 30K volume x $100 = 3,000,000$… so buying Twitter would be a very long endeavor! If Elon is trying to prove he is a great seller, So we already know it! He can literally sell air and people will buy it!" A Twitter user wrote.

Another user advised Musk to come up with a more affordable product. "Maybe you can discuss with the manufacturer, come out with a perfume that costs around $20-30. This is a price that is more acceptable to the general public," wrote the user.

Musk is expected to complete the $4 billion (about ₹33 thousand crore) acquisition of Twitter by the end of October. If he doesn't, he will be prosecuted for breach of contract in November. The Tesla CEO feels that with a nickname like him, he should have always sold perfume. "With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable - why did I fight it for so long!?" he joked on Twitter.
