Rishabh Pant's 25th birthday, the journey so far in cricket is wonderful

New Delhi. India's star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant is celebrating his 25th birthday today (October 4). He made his debut in international cricket at the age of 19. Rishabh Pant spent only four years proving himself to be the best. This brilliant batsman has also confirmed his place in Team India in the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia from October 16. Apart from this, Pant has become the first Indian wicketkeeper to score a century in Test cricket outside home.



Rishabh Pant made his debut in international cricket in 2018. He has played 31 Tests, 26 ODIs and 57 T20Is so far. Pant has scored 2123 runs in Tests, 840 in ODIs and 933 runs in T20s. Rishabh Pant's career so far also includes many memorable innings.




1. 159 vs Australia (2019)


Rishabh Pant played a strong innings in the fourth test match against the Kangaroo team in 2019. He played an important role for the team by playing an unbeaten innings of 159 runs. His innings included 15 fours and a six.



2. 146 vs England (2022)


The left-handed batsman forced the bowlers to struggle in the Test match against England in 2022. Rishabh Pant played an excellent innings of 146 runs in 111 balls for Team India in difficult times. Thanks to Pant's brilliant batting, the Indian team reached a strong score of 416.


3. 125 vs England


Apart from Test cricket, Pant played his best innings in ODI cricket against England. Later, coming out to bat, the 25-year-old scored an unbeaten 125 in 113 balls for the Indian team. In this match, there was a strong partnership of 133 runs between Hardik Pandya and Rishabh Pant. Team India had won this match in 47 balls.



Cricket did not leave even after the death of his father


Rishabh Pant has impressed everyone with his performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Although, there have been many problems in his journey but he did not give up. Something similar happened in IPL 2017, when he was playing for Delhi Daredevils. Pant's father passed away in the middle of the tournament. Despite this, he gave his best in cricket and returned to the match only two days after the funeral.
