Aircraft will be able to fly at night at Deoghar airport, HC directs to give notice for land acquisition
After the meeting, the court made the proprietors of nine structures to be dmolished close to the air terminal as defendnts and guided the Deoghar deputy Chief to guarantee that notification are issued to all these landlords.
The Jharkhand High Court on Tuesday directed the district administration and the state government to serve notices regarding land acquisition and provide other necessary facilities at the airport to nine Landlord who are hindering night departures from Deoghar air terminal. A seat of Boss Equity Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Equity SN Prasad heard the request documented by Bharatiya Janata Party leader and MP Nishikant Dubey in regards to the activity of Deoghar air terminal.
After the consultation, the court made the proprietors of nine structures of building to be demolished close to the air terminal and guided the Deoghar Representative Chief to guarantee that notification are given to this multitude of property managers. The following hearing with regards to this issue will be on October 19. The air terminal was introduced by Head of the state Narendra Modi on July 13 this year.
According to some media reports, 9 luxurious buildings built near Deoghar Airport in Jharkhand have been marked for demolition. However, it has not been broken yet. The matter was heard in the state of Jharkhand High Court. A division seat of Jharkhand High Court chief Equity Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Equity SN Prasad heard the matter. A petition has been filed in the court regarding the operation of Deoghar airport.
The Jharkhand High Court has ordered as defendants all those landlords whose houses or buildings are planned to be demolished near Deoghar Airport. The court has ordered Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri to send a notice in this regard to the building owners. Not only this, after sending the notice, the court should also be informed. The court will next hear the matter on October 19, 2022.
